Egg Salad Sandwiches

This is a great classic recipe for egg salad sandwiches!  Everything can be adjusted to your taste preferences, add a little more of this or take out a little of that...this is a fool-proof recipe sure to please.


Ingredients
10 hard-boiled eggs (I prefer farm fresh)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup miracle whip
1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
1 stalk of celery finely chopped
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (to taste)
bread (I prefer regular old white)
Hard boil those eggs...

















 
Dice em' up and toss into a bowl

           

Stir in remaining ingredients...(I like to let it cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes prior to serving to allow the flavors to meld)

Slap some of that yumminess onto your bread and enjoy!
